Shipping Cost: How is shipping cost calculated?
We offer a flat rate ground shipping option. Below is a summary of our flat rate shipping costs:
United States:
- Free shipping via USPS to all USA customers; HI & AK included
Canada:
- USD $15 via USPS
International:
- $25 Small Flat Rate Box USPS: Box can hold 1 to 3 mounts.
- For larger quantities please inquire.
- International rates may vary based on country, should the amount be higher than $25 we will notify you in advance.
- Any additional import or customs fees are to be handled by the purchaser.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: How will I know when my order ships can I track my package online?
As soon as we ship your order, we will send you an email notifying you that your package is en route. In this email we will include a link to track delivery with USPS.
Same Day Shipping: Do you offer same day shipping?
If same day shipping is desired, please contact us via email before the order is placed. Due to the many configurations of our product. We stock the parts in sub-assemblies and assemble the final configuration after the order is placed. On configurations that are more common we do often have them built in stock ready to ship. Even though we tend to build to order, we still do our best to get the orders out the following morning and rarely later than 2 days after order.
Delivery Time Estimates: How long will it take for my package to arrive?
The time it takes to receive your order depends on the Shipping Method you choose during checkout, and the time of day you place your order. Please see table below for estimated delivery windows & shipping options. Time estimates assume orders are placed before 10:30 AM PST, or 12:00 pm on business days (M-F, non-holidays.)
- USPS Ground Shipping in the USA, 1-3 business days West coast, 5-7 business days East coast, a bit longer if you live off the beaten path
- USPS to Canada: 3-5 business days
- International Flat rate USPS, 6-10 business days (varies by country)
Return Policy:
I offer a full refund for up to 30 days. I want you to be happy with your purchase and if for any reason your unhappy the mount can be returned within 30 days of purchase. If after 30 days I will likely still take it back after we speak. For a full refund the product must be in god shape free of dings or damage. Light scrapes and scratches are OK.
